California Apparel Service was established to simplify the complexity of pattern development and cut and sew production. As sewing contractors, we help designers, both small and big, achieve their business goals. We help turn your fashion ideas into reality, from the first pattern to the last garment shipped out.

How We Work

We work with customers at whatever level they are comfortable. You can come with only a sketch and a sample from your closet, or if you have a tech pack, or you're ready to go with patterns for grading, or even with graded patterns. We help at any level of the development process.

Once we are complete with the patterns, we will make sure that the samples and fitting process is complete and to your satisfaction. Then we move into production cutting and sewing with a good production sample.

Depending on what you want, we can finish and package for you ready for the store, or just finish off your garments for your pick up or send it to you. Please check out the site to find out all that we can do for you.
